Company History
Innovation Matters IoT GmbH was founded in 2021 in Tyrol, Austria, with the mission to revolutionize the smart home sector through innovative solutions. The company was established out of the conviction that existing smart lighting control solutions did not meet user needs. Matter provided the ideal starting point to develop a new generation of user-friendly and interoperable smart home products.
As a specialized company, we focus on the development, production, and distribution of software and hardware products for controlling electronic devices. As a proud member of the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA), we actively contribute to the advancement of the Matter smart home standard. Our goal is to connect various technologies and ecosystems, bringing the world closer together step by step through our products.
With the development of the world's first certified Matter product – the M2D Bridge – we set a milestone in the smart home market. Our mission is to create technological innovations driven by human impulses. We place great emphasis on the emotional user experience when interacting with technical devices, which forms the foundation of our actions and developments.
We are open to innovations, partnerships, and collaborations with partners to shape the future of smart homes together.

On the day of our founding, we joined the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) without hesitation to become part of the Matter revolution.
